4 large potatoes, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and diced

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced bell pepper

1 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.

Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the casserole dish.
