Crispy chicken strips

★Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crispiness)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Oil for frying

★Instructions

In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in one, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in the third.

Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the chicken strips in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy your crispy chicken strips!
