Delicious cinnamon cake

★Ingredients

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

1/2 cup milk

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, until everything is well combined.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon evenly over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon.

Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon into the batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
