Chicken alfredo lasagna

★Ingredients

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

9 lasagna noodles

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley for garnish

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Place 3 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the noodles, followed by 1/3 of the remaining Alfredo sauce and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.

Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, ending with a layer of Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top layer.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
