Easy hamburger sauce

★Ingredients

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups beef broth

1 pound ground beef

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped onions or garlic for flavor

Jewish apple cake

Classic yogurt pancake

★Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart into crumbles as it cooks.

Once the beef is fully cooked, sprinkle the flour over it and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes to allow the flour to cook slightly.

Gradually pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.

Continue cooking and stirring until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency, usually about 5-7 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add any optional ingredients like onions or garlic if desired.

Serve the hamburger gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits for a comforting meal.

Enjoy!
