Grilled Chicken Recipe


★Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

★Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it’s evenly coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.

Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.

Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a serving plate and let it rest for a few minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
