Pepperoni pizza with grilled cheese

★Ingredients

Olive oil

Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Tomato sauce

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Pepperoni slices

Butter

Sliced bread

Additional cheese slices (such as cheddar or American)

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended for your pizza dough.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add pepperoni slices on top.

Brush olive oil over the dough, then spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly.

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake according to the dough instructions, usually around 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

While the pizza is baking, prepare your grilled cheese sandwiches. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Place a slice of bread butter-side down on the skillet, then add a layer of cheese (you can use cheddar, American, or any cheese of your choice) on top. Place another slice of bread on top, butter-side up.

Cook the sandwich until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Once the pizza is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Cut into slices and serve alongside the grilled cheese sandwiches.

Enjoy!
