Easy grilled meatballs

★Ingredients

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 pound ground meat (beef, pork, chicken, or turkey)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for brushing

★Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Place the meatballs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the grill and serve hot with your favorite sauce or accompaniments.
