★Instructions

Cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.

Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. You can peel them if you prefer, but leaving the skins on adds texture and flavor.

Place the potato cubes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.

Once preheated, place the seasoned potato cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

Cook for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.

Once done, transfer the roasted potatoes to a serving dish and enjoy!
