Delicious crepe with a touch of vanilla and butter

Ingredients:

2 large eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup water

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional butter for the pan

★Instructions

  • Prepare the batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.

Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.

Add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt; beat until smooth.

  • Cook the crepes★

Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each crepe.

Tilt the pan in a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown.

Loosen with a spatula, flip and cook the other side.
