Instructions
Measure the Milk: Pour 1 cup of milk into a measuring cup or bowl.
Add Acid: Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice to the milk.
Mix: Stir the mixture well.
Let it Sit: Let the mixture sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes. The milk will begin to curdle and thicken.
Use or Store: After the milk has thickened, it’s ready to use in your recipe. If you’re not using it immediately, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
