  1. Cook the Pasta:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  1. Cook the Chicken:

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  1. Cook the Bacon:
  • In the same skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and crumble it. Set aside.
  1. Make the Sauce:
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the flour and cook for about 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  1. Combine Everything:
  • Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and crumbled bacon to the sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.
  1. Serve:
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, you can add some chopped green onions or a handful of spinach.
  • If the sauce is too thick, you can thin it out with a little pasta water or additional milk.

Enjoy!
