★Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef:
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
  1. Prepare the Tortillas:
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side, until they are pliable.
  1. Assemble the Wraps:
  • Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of nacho cheese sauce in the center of the tortilla.
  • Add a portion of the seasoned ground beef on top of the cheese sauce.
  • Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, black beans, corn kernels, and shredded cheddar cheese as desired.
  • Optionally, add a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa.
  1. Wrap It Up:
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling.
  • Roll the tortilla from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go to form a secure wrap.
  1. Serve:
  • Cut the wrap in half if desired and serve immediately with extra nacho cheese sauce, salsa, and sour cream on the side.

Enjoy!
