★Instructions

Preparing the Noodles:

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

Cooking the Steak and Shrimp:

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak strips with salt and pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned but not overcooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Add minced garlic and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauce:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and chicken broth.
  2. In the same skillet, add the minced ginger and garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

Combining Everything:

  1. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the sauce, tossing to coat the noodles thoroughly.
  2. Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, mixing everything together until well combined and heated through.

Serving:

  1. Serve the steak and shrimp noodles hot, garnished with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro if desired.

Enjoy!
