★Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Bake the Potatoes:
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, flip the slices, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
- Add the Cheese and Bacon:
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over each slice.
- If using, sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the cheese.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Transfer the cheesy potato rounds to a serving platter.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately.
