★Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with aluminum foil to prevent leaks. - Make the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add the sour cream and heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
