Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Combine Sausage and Cream Cheese:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage with the softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy. - Prepare Crescent Rolls:
Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and lay it out flat on a baking sheet. Press the perforations to seal them and form a single sheet of dough. - Cook Sausage:
In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until it is fully browned. Make sure to break the sausage into crumbles as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease. - Add Sausage Mixture:
