Chicken casserole with cheese and biscuits

★Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)

★Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Casserole Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Arrange Biscuits: Separate the biscuits and arrange them evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  6. Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
