2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
★Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Casserole Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Arrange Biscuits: Separate the biscuits and arrange them evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
