1 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups powdered sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

¼ cup creamy peanut butter (for topping)

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:
  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
  1. Make the Base:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  1. Prepare the Chocolate Topping:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and ¼ cup of peanut butter.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  1. Assemble the Bars:
  • Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker base.
  • Spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  1. Chill:
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the bars are firm and set.
  1. Cut and Serve:
  • Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the bars out of the dish.
  • Cut into squares or rectangles.
  1. Package for Gifts:
  • Place the bars in decorative tins or boxes lined with parchment paper or wax paper for a beautiful presentation.
