1 bag of tortilla chips
1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a blend of cheeses)
1 packet taco seaso ttning mix
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Optional: diced onions, jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, salsa

★Instructions
- Prepare the Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning mix according to the package instructions. Usually, you’ll mix it with some water and let it simmer until it thickens.
- Assemble the Nachos:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or in aluminum trays as shown in the picture.
- Sprinkle the seasoned ground beef over the chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the beef and chips.
- Bake:
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Add Toppings:
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro on top.
- Add any additional toppings you like, such as diced onions, jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately while the nachos are warm and the cheese is gooey.
