For the Steak:
1 lb ribeye or flank steak
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Filling:
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
★Instructions
- Prepare the Bread:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the loaf of bread and hollow out the inside, leaving about a 1-inch border. Set aside.
- Cook the Steak:
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
- Cook the Shrimp:
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the sliced steak and cooked shrimp.
- Assemble the Stuffed Bread:
- Spoon the steak and shrimp filling into the hollowed-out bread loaf.
- Place the top back on the loaf.
- Bake:
- Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the bread is heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Serve:
- Let the stuffed bread cool for a few minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.
Enjoy!
