★Ingredients

For the Bread:

  • 1 large loaf of French bread or Italian bread

For the Steak:

1 lb ribeye or flank steak

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Shrimp:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Filling:

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bread:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the top off the loaf of bread and hollow out the inside, leaving about a 1-inch border. Set aside.
  1. Cook the Steak:
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the steak to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  1. Cook the Shrimp:
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the shrimp, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  1. Prepare the Filling:
  • In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in the sliced steak and cooked shrimp.
  1. Assemble the Stuffed Bread:
  • Spoon the steak and shrimp filling into the hollowed-out bread loaf.
  • Place the top back on the loaf.
  1. Bake:
  • Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the bread is heated through and the cheese is melted.
  1. Serve:
  • Let the stuffed bread cool for a few minutes.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Enjoy!
