★Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the meatloaf mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Shape the meatloaf:
- Transfer the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Shape it into a loaf or flatten it out if you prefer a thinner layer.
- Bake the meatloaf:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
- Add the cheese:
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Prepare the glaze:
- While the meatloaf is baking, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Glaze the meatloaf:
- After adding the cheese and baking it, spread the glaze mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
