Cheesy Herb Bread

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup fresh herbs (parsley, basil, oregano, or a mix), finely chopped

1 cup milk

2 large eggs

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

★Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and olive oil. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the grated cheeses and chopped herbs until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
