2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fresh herbs (parsley, basil, oregano, or a mix), finely chopped
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
★Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and olive oil. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the grated cheeses and chopped herbs until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
