1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
2 cups kale, chopped (stems removed)
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
★Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Vegetables:
- Place the broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, and chopped kale into a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and add minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Assemble the Dish:
- Transfer the vegetable mixture to a large baking dish.
- Pour the heavy cream evenly over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake:
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
