1 tablespoon vegetable oil or sesame oil

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

★Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients:
- Thinly slice the cabbage.
- Slice the mushrooms.
- Thinly slice the onion.
- Mince the garlic and ginger.
- Heat the Oil:
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the Aromatics:
- Add the garlic and ginger to the hot oil. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add Onions and Mushrooms:
- Add the sliced onions and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are soft and the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the Cabbage:
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet. Stir well to combine. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage starts to wilt.
- Season:
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Stir well to coat the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
