My Amish friend showed me this treat and I couldn’t stop eating it!

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Corn:
  • If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, ensure it is thawed and drained.
  1. Heat the Skillet:
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  1. Cook the Corn:
  • Add the corn kernels to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and begins to turn a golden color. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  1. Add Honey and Seasonings:
  • Drizzle the honey over the corn and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika if using. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  1. Finish and Serve:
  • Once the corn is well-coated with the honey butter mixture and fully cooked, remove from heat.
  • If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and fresh flavor.
  • Serve warm and
  • enjoy
