I’m not kidding, my husband goes crazy for this dish!

★Ingredients

12 oz (340 g) pasta (fettuccine or penne works great)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

★Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
  3. Make it Creamy: Reduce the heat to low, and pour in the heavy cream. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Add Cheese: Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediatel!
