Steak with garlic, butter and potatoes

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 steaks (any preferred cut)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 medium potatoes, diced

Olive oil

Fresh herbs (optional)

★Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix minced garlic with melted butter. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then brush them with the garlic butter mixture.

Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-12 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness (for medium-rare, aim for 8-9 minutes).

While the steaks are cooking, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.

After 5 minutes of cooking the steaks, add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket around the steaks.

Continue cooking until the steaks reach your desired level of doneness and the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes more.

Once done, remove the steaks and potatoes from the air fryer, and let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.

Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or rosemary before serving.
