2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup sugar

3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

1 can cherry pie filling

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream until combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, spread the cherry pie filling over the top of the cheesecake.
