★Ingredients
For the Steak and Shrimp:
1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice), sliced into thin strips
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
For the Noodles:
2 tbsp sesame oil
12 oz noodles (rice noodles, egg noodles, or your preferred type)
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced

★Instructions
Preparing the Noodles:
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Cooking the Steak and Shrimp:
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak strips with salt and pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned but not overcooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Add minced garlic and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce:
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and chicken broth.
- In the same skillet, add the minced ginger and garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Combining Everything:
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the sauce, tossing to coat the noodles thoroughly.
- Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, mixing everything together until well combined and heated through.
Serving:
- Serve the steak and shrimp noodles hot, garnished with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro if desired.
