- Prepare the Corn: If using fresh corn, shuck the ears and cut the kernels off the cob. If using frozen corn, thaw and drain it.
- Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the Corn: Add the corn kernels to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and starts to brown slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Honey and Seasonings: Drizzle the honey over the corn and stir to combine. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (if using).
- Cook Until Caramelized: Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the honey butter mixture slightly caramelizes and coats the corn evenly.
- Serve: Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
