- Make the Base:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare the Chocolate Topping:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and ¼ cup of peanut butter.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Assemble the Bars:
- Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker base.
- Spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the bars are firm and set.
- Cut and Serve:
- Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the bars out of the dish.
