1 cup packed brown sugar

⅓ cup melted butter

⅓ cup all-purpose flour

1 cup chopped pecans

★Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Peel and cut sweet potatoes into chunks. Boil in a large pot of water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes.
  3. Make the Sweet Potato Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter. Mix until smooth and well combined.
