Low carb cookies in a muffin tin

2 cups almond flour

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup coconut flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

4 large eggs

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and almond milk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
