2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well-drained
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream

★Instructions
- Prepare the Pan:
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Create the Pineapple Base:
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the brown sugar and heavy cream, stirring until the mixture is smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
- Spread this mixture evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the crushed pineapple and chopped maraschino cherries over the sugar mixture.
- Make the Fudge:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the salt and vanilla extract.
- Combine and Set:
- Pour the fudge mixture over the pineapple and cherry layer, spreading it evenly.
- Let the fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Serve:
- Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan.
- Cut into squares and serve.
