My Amish friend showed me this treat and I couldn’t stop eating it!
★Instructions
- Prepare the Corn:
- If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, ensure it is thawed and drained.
- Heat the Skillet:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Cook the Corn:
- Add the corn kernels to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and begins to turn a golden color. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Honey and Seasonings:
- Drizzle the honey over the corn and stir to combine.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika if using. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Finish and Serve:
- Once the corn is well-coated with the honey butter mixture and fully cooked, remove from heat.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and fresh flavor.
- Serve warm and
- enjoy
