Balls made of leftover turkey and stuffing.

★Ingredients

2 cups leftover stuffing

1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, like cheddar or Parmesan)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or dried herbs (like sage or thyme)

1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or diced

1 egg

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking oil or non-stick spray for baking

★Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, shredded cheese (if using), parsley or herbs, and Parmesan cheese (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add Egg: Beat the egg and add it to the mixture. Stir until everything is well combined. The egg will help bind the ingredients together.
  4. Form Balls: Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. You should get around 12-16 balls, depending on the size.
  5. Prepare Baking Sheet: Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  6. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and heated through. If using cheese, the tops should be nicely browned and slightly crispy.
  7. Serve: Let the balls cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Enjoy!
