Flour chicken in the slow cooker

★Ingredients

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup chicken broth

Salt and pepper to taste

Mexican casserole with rice and minced meat

Rich chocolate mud cake

★Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the browned chicken breasts to the slow cooker.

Pour chicken broth over the chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Serve the chicken with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
