Meatloaf Philly Cheese Steak

★Ingredients

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 lb ground beef

1 onion, diced

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1 green bell pepper, diced

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Olive oil

Ribeye steak on the grill

Flour chicken in the slow cooker

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, sauté the diced onion and green pepper in olive oil until they’re soft and lightly caramelized. Let them cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cooled onion and pepper mixture, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Press the meat mixture into a loaf pan, forming it into a loaf shape.

Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese evenly over the top.

Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
