Garlic chicken skewers

★Ingredients

1 pound of chicken breast, cut into chunks

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

★Instructions

In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.

Add the chicken chunks to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Serve the chicken skewers hot, garnished with some freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
