No-Bake Caramel Apple Eclair Cake

★Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened

1 box of graham crackers

2 cups of milk

1 (5.1 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix

1 can of apple pie filling

1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Caramel sauce for drizzling

Lemon cheesecake

Crab and shrimp seafood soup

★Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add the pudding mix and milk to the cream cheese and beat until well combined and thickened.

Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.

Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish with a layer of graham crackers.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.

Spoon half of the apple pie filling over the cream cheese layer.

Repeat the layers with another layer of graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and apple pie filling.

Finish with a final layer of graham crackers on top.

Drizzle caramel sauce over the top layer.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
