Chicken pasta with creamy Italian sauce

★Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup heavy cream

Fresh parsley for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

★Instructions

Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season chicken slices with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.

Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.

Slice cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet, tossing to combine with the pasta and sauce.
