★Ingredients
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb beef sirloin tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Pineapple Upside-Down Cupcakes
★Instructions
Season the beef tips with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef tips and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their juices and start to brown, about 5-6 minutes.
Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Return the beef tips to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and the beef is cooked through.
Enjoy!
