Peach ice cream dessert

★Ingredients

2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and diced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

★Instructions

In a bowl, combine the diced peaches and granulated sugar. Let them sit for about 30 minutes to allow the sugar to draw out the juices from the peaches.

In a blender or food processor, blend the peach mixture until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Stir in the peach mixture into the cream mixture until evenly distributed.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Transfer the churned ice cream into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Serve the peach ice cream in bowls or cones, and enjoy your refreshing dessert!
