Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

★Ingredients

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

4 large eggs

2 cups milk

1 cup shredded coconut

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.

Add the flour, milk, shredded coconut, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and nutmeg to the beaten eggs. Mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the greased pie dish.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the custard is set and the top is golden bro
