Creamy milk pudding

★Ingredients

1 can of cream

1 can of condensed milk

2 cups of whole milk

1 cup of coconut milk (200 ml)

4 eggs

Concentrated syrup (to taste)

1/2 cup of water

1 cup of sugar

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water to make the syrup. Cook until it reaches a caramel color, then pour it into a pudding mold.

In a blender, mix the condensed milk, cream, coconut milk, whole milk, and eggs until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the pudding mold over the caramel syrup.

Place the mold in a larger baking dish and fill the dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the pudding mold.

Bake for about 1 hour or until the pudding is set.
