1/3 cup water

Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add Wet Ingredients:
Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Divide and Roll:
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten it into a thin circle (about 1/8 inch thick).

Cook the Flatbreads:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly brush it with olive oil. Cook each flatbread for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown spots appear.

Serve:
Serve warm. These flatbreads are great on their own, or you can use them as wraps, for dipping, or as a base for quick pizzas.
