★Ingredients

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

2/3 cup sour cream

4 large eggs

2/3 cup heavy cream

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 1/4 cups sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in sour cream and heavy cream until well combined.

Pour the filling over the crust in the pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set and only slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door closed for 1 hour.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight،before serving
