Minced meat into potatoes

★Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

500g minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

★Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced meat to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add diced potatoes to the skillet and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Cover the skillet and let it simmer until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes.

Once the potatoes are cooked through, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
