★Ingredients
½ cup soy sauce
2 lbs (about 900g) steak (such as sirloin, ribeye, or flank)
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Clay potatoes from Mississippi
Delicious and healthy yogurt pancakes
★Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, and dried oregano to make the marinade.
Place the steak in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the steak is fully coated. Cover or seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
Remove the steak from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.
Grill the steak for about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to your desired level of doneness.
Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
enjoy!
